• Dr. Kim Barnette (Co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Delta Decisions of DC, LLC) founded Saone Partners to lead research, analysis and transformative solutions for workforce development and K-20 education initiatives in STEAM.
  

• Saone (pronounced Say-OWN) is the river on which the first steamboat traveled. The steam engine was one of the most important technologies that led the Industrial Revolution.
